If the account will become dormant for 10 years within the next six months.
If the account balance has been transferred to the CBN.
You can reactivate your dormant account by clicking “Reactivate Dormant Account”, or you may complete the "Download Reactivation Form" and submit it at your nearest branch. Alternatively, you can report your issue to Zenith Direct by calling 0201-278-7000 or 0700ZENITHBANK.
